Okay, my birthday is in 9 days and I am strapped for time! I am on a TIGHT TIGHT TIGHT (if you get the point) budget. I want a birthday party, or more like a small get together but I have no ideas! But here are some details on it:
People limit: 10-15 people.
Budget: $50-$75
Theme: ANYTHING green.
Music: I love dubstep, techno, pop, rock. Pretty much just MUSIC!
OKAY LET YOUR IDEAS THRIVE! THANKSS!

what's with the stupid solutions?! I had the precise comparable issue on my seventeenth Birthday. if your mothers and fathers are not permitting a party, why no longer bypass into city for it? See in case you may get right into a club haha? :) then you definately will have the ladies back at yours to stay? Or there is the widely used cinema/going out for a meal/bowling/ice-skating/carnival if that's on.
