How about taking them and a few of their friends to a park? You could have the guests mothers stay and help watch their kids and they would all have a fun place to play together. Also, it's easy to clean up and have simple foods in a park with picnic tables. I wouldn't try to find somewhere that is going to cost a lot of money because they are too young to remember it at this age anyway. There are so many great parks around Atlanta, it shouldn't be hard to find a place. You can even rent pavilions at some of them so you are guaranteed a covered space for the party.

Try good old Mc'Donalds.
If you are looking with some class and still is fun, consider the zoo.
