I have a beautifully woman to take out in a few weeks. Money is not a problem, whats a good restaurant or bar or club in Cincinnati to go to. Looking for younger crowd type things but not too young.

If it's a first date, I would recommend something laid back and fun...not too expensive and not too formal.
I'm not sure what part of town you're in, so I'm dividing my answer into areas of the tri-state.
East Side
Allyn's Cafe at 3538 Columbia Pkwy. It's a bar/restaurant that serves decent food and has a good atmosphere. Afterwards you could head up to a bar in Hyde Park or Oakley for a drink. OR you could have dinner and drinks at Arthur's in Hyde Park.
West Side
You could have dinner at Thai Taste on Crookshank. It's awesome! OR You could have dinner at Maury's Tiny Cove Steak House at 3908 Harrison Ave and then head to Champions on Crookshank for a drink.
Northern Kentucky
Dewey's Pizza in Newport on the Levee is a great choice. Then you could head across the street for some German beer!

Havana Martini Bar downtown is terrific fun when they have live latin music. The Celestial in Mount Adams (right next to downtown) has the greatest view and a general swanky atmosphere; clientele sometimes runs old, but live jazz group is wonderful for dancing. The Cricket Lounge in the Cincinnatian Hotel is the best place for celebrity spotting. Plus the Palace restaurant in the same hotel is fabulous. City Beat Magazine does a poll every year for "the best of...." There are lots of great restaurants and nightlife listed, the website will be helpful....
