money isn't a huge issue

I'm having a party and I'm putting together a trivia game. I'm getting questions from all over (music, history, etc, plus trivia about me) I'm having each table to be a "team" and work together to get the answers. This will help the people get to talking. Plus, I'm going to try to have some nice prizes for the winning "team". Everyone likes to win stuff, plus it's fun to show off what you know :)



As for the place, maybe ask a church with a nice hall if you can have it at a reduced rate if you offer to set up/clean up.



Also, karaoke's always fun but only if you have some friends that are into it. Otherwise it's a bust cos everyone just sits there and is too shy to sing.
