antipasto - mozzarella, ham, salami, pickled aubergine

pasta course - homemade fussili with tomato sauce

meat course - veal cutlets

salad course - crisp fresh green salad

cheese course - range of italian cheeses

fruit and nuts

sweet - traditional panatone in the shape of a dove and other traditional homemade biscuits

red wine with the meal

spumante with the sweet

grappa, lemoncello or other liquors

coffee with sambuca

Well I don't like lamp either, the wick sticks in my teeth (He he, sorry)

Well it's Easter, spring & stuff, so I've got a home cooked bacon (maybe ham if people don't know the difference) joint on my menu. Served cold with a chicken, warm new potatoes, fresh crusty bread & a selection of salads & dressings it's basic but hard to beat!

Easter Eggs!!

We usually have a roast chicken lunch and then a smaller meal for dinner which chooclate desserts for both. For breakfast it's usually easter eggs, or chocolate pancakes

A bit predictable really, Turkey!

Roast Turkey, Roast Potatoes, Fresh Vegetables (all from my allotment) and Easter cakes and slightly melted Cadbury's cream eggs mixed with vanilla ice cream for dessert!

I'm tired of ham so this year I'm making a big chicken stuffed with stuffing. I'll also have some traditional side likes mashed potatoes n such.

Salmon and avocado salad. But I would prefer a nice roasted chicken with all the trimmings (on a diet)

Try making something totally different as a change, I love to this this cause I personally get sick of the usual meals (meat & veg)

We are having ham, mashed potatoes and gravy, cole slaw.

Also some deviled eggs, succotash and rolls. Coconut cream pie and apple pie. Milk and water to drink.

Easter eggs of course.

I don't like lamp either, especially when the light bulb shatters in your mouth.
